Our Partnership primarily acts as the long term legal representative of business companies of Hungarian and foreign interest, thus, we provide continuous legal support to the business negotiations of our clients, edit the documents and contracts of the company and act as its representative in civil lawsuits.

 

In addition we primarily deal with economic law, claims management, drawing up contracts and providing an opinion on contracts, labour law, as well as real estate law. We strive for long term cooperation with our clients even in fast changing legal and taxation circumstances and for this reason we collaborate with tender bid writing experts and accountants. Regarding projects realized from EU grants, we provide tendering consultancy services as well.

 

Dr. Szabó Erna has several decades of experience in the fields of economic and corporate law and in the complete administration of the transformation of business companies and cooperative societies and the liquidation of legal persons. As the lawyer of the first shopping centre in Hungary, she has gained considerable experience in drafting sales contracts and long term rental agreements for business buildings and offices. From the start of her career, she has upheld the principle that people about to get married should set down their financial standing in a prenuptial agreement. She is legal expert in economic criminal law. She speaks English.

 

Dr. Majzik Helga has wide-ranging experience in providing continuous legal representation for business companies and in the field of managing the day-to-day operations of firms. She specialises in fields including corporate law, agricultural law, as well as civil society organisations law. She provides free legal aid at the Hungarian Chamber of Agriculture. Also provides tendering consultancy services regarding agricultural projects realized from EU grants. She is legal expert in European law. She speaks English and Italian.
